That dish sounds delicious, although the clam component would have made me turn green and heave for several hours thereafter. I've long regretted my bottom dweller allergy.

Fresh paper, yes. And I did it before it was asked for because I had moved stalls, having noticed the lack of facilities.

The new one is great, as are the first couple which are classics IMHO.

It was good, but I have to say the clams made it. I feel bad for people with shellfish or milk allergies. :(
