Who is still here?

I need a vacation. A for real, nowhere near normal life, lying on the beach or on a rock by the water in the sun, watching animals, not having to even make my own bed kind of vacation. On the cheap. Hmmm.

It's finally here and I can't even stand the wait. I was up this morning waiting in line to vote. When I finally got up to the booth the worker kind of let out a sigh and I asked him if it is always like this since this was my first time voting since I moved. He said, "It's NEVER been like this." We closed on our townhouse yesterday and are now experiencing major buyer's remorse. It is really a terrible feeling...that jolt of, "Oh my God, what did we do and how do we get out of it?" We don't actually move for another 10 days and I hope we are able to settle in and calm down a bit because right now I can't even eat I'm so nervous and upset

I'm still here, if anyone is reading. Life has been so incredibly hectic and I should really take more time more often to sit down and reflect. But I can barely calm myself long enough to do it. We had an appointment this morning with the doc to discuss tests and next steps. Fun. I want a baby like yesterday.

Last night meant more PT. And it hurt like hell. At least the massage part did. Damn. Not looking forward to that part for the next few months.
