Mousie, this show is getting good. Episode 1 was interesting, and episode 2 was just fantastic! Episode 2 was a childhood flashback, but everything was threaded so well. I'm enjoying this show. Surprisingly, I find the politics to be quite intriguing.

I am excited about this one. :D Looks so pretty! I love it also that it is a show about "evil" historical character shown in a good way. This is going to be good. I am watching Cruel Palace as well.

Is Cruel Palace good? I am a bit tempted but it sounds a bit daunting

Cruel Palace: I haven't made my mind 100% yet, but I like what I have seen. It is a bit unusual in a sense that being a cable drama it is more "daring" and calls everything by its own name. It is also quite beautifully done, in a bit of an unusual way ( ... )

This show owns me! Episode 1 was awesome! And I've just watched episode 2. I admit I had trepidations about the childhood portion, however, it ended up to be the best executed childhood episode I've ever seen in a drama. Sweet, funny, witty, thrilling and gut-wrenching at the same time!

The ending of the episode hits all my kinks of an historical romance addict! I've been replaying the this part over and over again the whole day. And the instrumental piece is simply inspired and brilliant! I'm going down with this ship!

I am totally enamored of this version of JOJ. She has always been portrayed as such a demon and this will give us a backstory ( ... )

Yes - I love the nuances this show gives to well-worn historical characters.

So addicted.

I love when there is so much unresolved sexual tension, that's the main reason why I love historical movies so much- Jane Eyre, Pride and Prejudice... the tension is just scorching because of the need to be proper.. ect. So I'm definitely checking this out. I was wondering if you were going to check out When A Man Loves also? I was thinking of watching that drama, but I'm not sure about it yet.
