I've been pretty absent from LJ for a while now, mostly because Facebook has taken over. I have a lot to do what with taking care of my baby and doing school and work from home. Reading your post reminds me of dealing with my mom when she was slipping farther and farther away. Its a difficult thing to deal with, take care of yourself.

On a happier note, Desmond and I haven't had a playdate with you and Willow yet. I have Friday's off, let me know if you'd like a nice distraction. :)

Thank you--I now have some kind of concept of what it was like for my mom to lose her dad when she did.

I would totally love it if we could have a playdate! Let's set a date for, say, April 24. That seems to be far enough away. If things change, we'll change that date.
