Nothing in here either. Snow was starting to wonder if maybe Badou had been exaggerating when he said all of the staff turn into monsters. The place'd probably be crawling with Cie'th if that were really the case, or maybe they were all off in another part of the building. At least there wasn't anyone getting attacked or anything yet. [From here.]So far so good, or at least he had yet to be caught. It wasn't all that great because he was still trapped inside of the institute. On his way to this hallway, he had passed a couple of people, but he did not recognize any of them. How people were trapped inside of this place? If he couldn't find his way out soon, he'd start to ask people questions. Right now he was hesitant, because he didn't know who he could trust and who he couldn't. While normally in a situation like this people tended to unify, because of his history, many of the prisoners would likely be reluctant or resentful. He couldn't blame them. Who would want to work with the Knight of Zero ( ... )

It felt strange seeing Lelouch like this. A couple of hours ago, he had been mentally preparing himself to kill the other. If they were where they were supposed to be, he would be driving a sword through Lelouch right now. Instead, the two of them were in some strange, dark hallway, with people who were behaving very strange. Why his roommate thought this was some sort of game was beyond him. Then again, he wouldn’t put it past the nurses to use refrain on people. He cringed a little inwardly, as he thought about how he had almost used that on Kallen ( ... )

"Whoa..." There were actually other people around this area! He couldn't make out all their faces, but some had strange yellow lights that came out of their hands and made them pop out in the bleak darkness. "More witches...." Why were there so many in this place? Well, the kid made very sure to give them a wide berth as he waddled down the hallway. Those who could only be noticed by their smell were greeted with an upbeat "Hey!" as he passed.

Again, there was no real distinction in direction, so Goku relied on his acute sense of smell that told him to keep heading right.

There were a number of patients wandering around aimlessly as he rounded the corner. It was tempting to wander over himself, maybe to introduce himself or test the durability of the flashlight after several strikes. Would a skull crack before the plastic device? Maybe both at once.

But even here, he knew his priorities. Meetings came first and meetings meant he could only imagine maiming some of the other patients and countries. He let out a wistful sigh as he spotted the next hall. Imagination was never as much fun as the real thing.

One more hallway to go.

Amaterasu did not hesitate. She broke out into a quick stride, moving past other patients that lingered in the darkness. At the very end of this hallway was another door. The goddess glanced down at her map, made sure she was in the right place, then pushed through onward.

[From here.]Yet another hallway, and no one had approached him yet. Not an angel, not a demon, not Lucifer or even Michael. Castiel forced the thought of his brother wearing Dean's vessel out of his mind as quickly as he could. Worrying about the possibilities was pointless. He needed to get back and find out the truth for himself, but thus far he had no leads ( ... )
