[from here]There! Now all Junpei needed to do was wait for Yukari to finish her prima donna primping a la Third Circle of Hell Version 1.3 or something

The hall beyond was well-peopled as well... including by some blue guy and a friend who were crouching down just outside the door, still around eye-level for her. They looked like they were planning on ambushing someone, but it didn't seem to be her, so who cared? Not her problem.
Now... where too? People talked about the basement and outdoors, but she hadn't had much luck with the former and the latter sounded like a lot of work for little reward. If they wanted to escape or whatever, and just making distance from the building during the night wasn't helping, wasn't it more likely they'd find what they needed here?
Well, for now she could just go to where she'd found that kid last night... if nothing else, it promised some action. Maybe those birds of his were there to guard something important. There was a door at the end of this hall, wasn't there?
Daphne unconsciously picked up her pace as she entered the hall she'd been waiting for Jason in the night before. She heard voices, though the joinings of the hallways made it difficult to tell from where, and no one really seemed to enter the dim circle of light made by her flashlight. She hurried on to the main hall, familiar to her from being ferried around during the daytime.
Armand let out the breath he'd been holding when he saw TK. He ran the last few feet and dropped everything--pillowcase, sword and light--to hug the bigger man. "I was worried," he said.
TK was relieved when Armand came into view, but frankly, the hug startled him. He awkwardly gave Armand a hug in return, trying to be comforting but not quite sure how to go about it. "I'm sorry I didn't meet up with you last night. That won't happen again."
"You're well though?" Armand asked. He disentangled himself, suddenly quite embarrassed, and dropped to his knees to look through the pillowcase. "We found something you might be able to use." He didn't even think to show off his own sword.
...with no idea how to work this body, no decent weapons. And those Decepticons that he was trying to ally with were just embarrassing, getting in their petty squabbles on the message board. Of course, either way it was all that Landel guy's fault. That bastard ruined everything, and now Forte was going to help gather materials for explosives. That would show him. They'd blast their way to the bastard, and Forte could finally punch him in the face.
Sakura waited until Javert left the hallway before dropping by her room again to place the needle safely in her desk drawer. She could only hope it wouldn't be tampered with before morning.
That finished, she clicked on her light and headed out into the main hall. Hopefully she wasn't going to be the last one again.
