I've never heard of the United Nations, myself, so I suppose that's fair.

And please stop me if I'm being obtuse, but I want to make certain that I understand the current situation.

There are countries named Japan, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (goodness but that's a long name), and Prussia. I will assume that this has occurred some time in the long stretch of future that I simply don't know about. And these nations are now (somehow) writing cross notes at each other about who owns this building?

...really?

[... Kurama's first impression of the bulletin board. :| A couple of false starts here. But he notes the locations mentioned here for later reference.]

Is there a visual representation of these established boundaries that I could refer to?

[There is a (very) rough sketch of the building posted, labeled with 'PRUSSIA' written across it in large, bold letters.]

Well. He'd been keeping a watch on the bulletin board, so he'd managed to see the sketch before it had been removed.

... What kind of people were in this Institute with him. Seriously.]

The Free State of Prussia was dissolved decades ago, wasn't it?

So if we belong to none of these nations, I assume we are therefore exempt from all these things.
