I've never heard of the United Nations, myself, so I suppose that's fair.

And please stop me if I'm being obtuse, but I want to make certain that I understand the current situation.

There are countries named Japan, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (goodness but that's a long name), and Prussia. I will assume that this has occurred some time in the long stretch of future that I simply don't know about. And these nations are now (somehow) writing cross notes at each other about who owns this building?

As you can see the Recreational Field has been declared a neutral zone and trying to annex it would be unwise.

Especially in the name of a Nation who is not in attendance here.
