Back from Uganda
Hey everyong - i'm back from uganda with the death cold from hell. so i'm off work until at least tomorrow.
the conference was fine, but long hours and lots of work. And in the middle my grandma got very sick and died. That was seriously rough to deal with from 3,000 miles away. I wasn't able to make it back for the funeral and that was awful.

good weekend so far - leaving tomorrow
John and I have had a good weekend so far - Friday night we chilled and grilled out. Saturday was errands and then Indiana Jones and Mexican in the city. Yesterday was some cleaning up and then we had out neighbors over for dinner - too much sangria for me. Today has been some more errands, and house stuff - John mowed, we both washed cars. why is it only tuesday?
Monday was very productive. today i was stuck in a 3 hour meeting that I only barely needed to be at ... and my boss has been out of the office for the past 2 days. He is in tomorrow, but then leaves for Geneva for the last 2 days. The meeting is less than 3 weeks away and I leave on the 27th for Uganda ... I'm really tired and 24 hours of ( Read more... ) -

So my day yesterday ended better than it started - at least at work. my boss actually made some decisions to fix the problems we were having ... and i'm not there to experience the people who are pissed off by it today ( Read more... ) -
shit storm
It has been one of those days ... everything around you is going to shit - or at least a few important things are. We have hit the 3 week mark to the meeting and the crazies are coming out of the woodwork, the outlandish requests are pouring in and most importantly, the couple of mistakes that have been made are coming to bite us in the a**

So the professional pictures finally came in. But the way they are posted on the website is horrible - all jumbled together so you'll see 3 pictures of bridesmaids, then something from the reception.
