Now looking at my diagnosis of esophagitis (when stomach acid and digestive enzymes reflux into the esophagus, which causes the tissues to become inflamed and ulcerated, often causing esophageal ulcers), I can't believe how much i've done wrong! Yesterday I volunteered to help Golden Gardens Park in Seattle. I did it as an extra credit project for my Environmental Science class. The other part of the extra credit is writing a two page paper explaining how I contributed to saving the environment. This will likely be difficult; my volunteer efforts have only caused harm.
