This Christmas I got the Star Trek modeler's equivalent of the Red Ryder BB Gun: Polar Lights' 1/350-scale model kit of the refit U.S.S. Enterprise. The Big Project: Status Update
After several months' hiatus, I am nearing completion of the first draft of the Yeomen score. This is so far beyond anything I've ever made before, and, much like my vocal score for Princess Ida back in 2001, I am having to develop my formatting standards as I go along.

I finally got to see the newest episode of BSG this morning. Holy Mackerel, that one was a brain-frak. Not since Season Two with the appearance of Admiral Cain did BSG have so gripping a mid-season. Of course, this left me with a bunch of stuff to mull over/discuss/rant about:
