I wanted to go to the gym today, but being female has gotten in the way.
Ah well. such is life.
A year in review, so I can keep things in perspective. I see the dr on wed next week, and I think I should bring this in so they could see it.

I think the most important this is that you *feel* better. Don't get too obsessed with numbers :)

The numbers help though, when I start thinking that I haven't made progress at all. It has been SO slow going, for so long, my brain got into the habit of thinking that there hadn't been change.
I have also kinda plateaued a bit the last 2 months or so, and I am trying to keep myself from feeling too frustrated about that by stepping back and looking at the Big Picture.
