All with the new faces everywhere again, I see.

Welcome aboard, I'm Buffy, if you have any vampire related problems knock on my door, etc. etc.

I'm down at the gym pretty regularly so if anybody's ever up for a little friendly sparring, I'm your girl.  Though I feel the need to warn you to leave your B game in your cabin.  Slayer powers = genuinely ( Read more... )

Good thing I don't spar.

How's that television thing working out for you?

Lucky you.

It's certainly painting that guy who claimed to be Jim Kirk my first week here in a different light. Here I figured he was just a crazy fanboy.

I'm not sure a TV show is better or worse than a comic book.

Is that where they're pegging you from?

I'd say better in that fewer people will probably bug you about it - but the people who do are more likely to know way too much about your life, if my experiences with comic book nerds tell me anything.

Yup. Well--people from my world, anyway. No one seems to have heard of me though, which works for me. I wouldn't be too sure about the TV nerd vs. comic nerd thing, though. Trek fans are pretty intense, and I had a friend back home who was highly obsessive over his favorite show. But I think he mostly had a crush on the main character. What's your TV show called?

Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Which just wins all kinds of points for creativity, I'll tell you.

I think you're the only person I've ever been around with that actually says 'etc. etc.'

Hey, etc. is a totally viable word.

You heard about that, huh?

S'OK... Someone told me I had my own video game, once. You deal.

See, a video game? That sounds way more entertaining.

At least with a TV show they might've tried to do justice to your emotional scarring. What'll I get? A date with Pac-Man?

I wouldn't know. I'm not about to rewatch all of my most embarrassing or painful moments any time soon.

I don't know - Miss Pac-Man looks like the kind of girlfriend you wouldn't wanna cross.
