Hi there,

I'm new here. But I've become obsessed with cupcakes in the last few weeks or so. And the need to make cupcakes was overwhelming. A friend was having a birthday get-together today and so it was the perfect excuse!

Me too! And the best part is you don't need a muffin tin. You can just use a regular cookie sheet. On top of that, they don't look like a typical cupcake. So people think they're "fancy."

Do you have a recipe to share? These look so good!

I actually just used a box mix or white cake and yellow cake.

And this raspberry filling recipe and this buttercream frosting recipe.
