My thoughts on Lisa E 's new tweet and interview

I'd like to share my thoughts on Lisa Edelstein's recent communications. Her new interview in TV Guide and the new  twitter photo of her on David Shore's lap seem to me to be part of a concerted effort to address her fans regarding the rumors and theories circulating about her leaving House MD. A few points:

Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts. I loved your analysis and I agree with most of it, specially the last part :).

What doesn´t make sense to me then is: if everything is OK between Lisa and TPTB proper, why have DS and GY been harping on and on these past weeks about how her exit is what has allowed the show to go back to basics, which for me speaks of an intention to blame Lisa for the mess DS and the writers turned the show into? And what about Lisa´s comment in her interview with Ausiello a few weeks ago that she hadn´t heard anything about making a guest appareance on House S8, since no one had bothered to pick up a phone to call her? Specially considering the fact that DS and GY had been telling fans that it was because she didn´t want to.

LE doesn't say that everything was always OK between her and House producers, just that it is now, hence the tweet pic. LE & DS could've reconciled and/or clarified the circumstances to each other (NBCU/Fox being more to blame perhaps)

That would make more sense to me. Another possibility would be that they decided to do the pic and post it on T. because the fan wars were turning really ugly and were hurting both of them. I guess we´ll know in the near future, after seeing how DS and GY behave in regards to Lisa from now on.

I'm still unable to let go of the feeling that HL may have been the catalyst re LE's departure from #House.
