This is what I woke up thinking this morning...

No, maybe I should back up a bit. "Let me 'splain. No, there is too much. Let me sum up."

I've had the weirdest week of rolly-coastering eeeeemo(shuns) (it doesn't even DESERVE to be spelled right, s'what I'm thinking) and that's neither here nor there, that's just regular life and livin' it, but here ( Read more... )

I much prefer being on the floor myself--and what you say about looking up at the world through all the legs, and how marvelous it seems then? I agree totally!

But I like your other plan, too, with the shoes and the dazzle. Show them Our Lady of the Underground Seashore.

It will be MUCH HARDER to do it that way. I shall have to bring my RUBY SLIPPERS! They are, at least, a conversational piece.

But you have allies invisible and visible in both this world of hours and days and elsewhere, who, just by calling them to mind, will fortify you.

And yes, ruby slippers! Providing a topic of conversation by wearing it on your person is a good plan, my wise strategist friend.

Someone once described lonliness to me as being alone and longing. I like it, but I just don't know. I also don't know if I've ever been lonely... (btw, I adore reading your personal reflections.)

Mmm. Longing, yes. The longing is the key. Have you never felt it? I wonder if I should ENVY YOU? On Friday, I would've. Today, I'm okay with you being you and me being me.

I adore you, just in general. You were one of the ones I missed. Yes, MISSED! And I don't use that word lightly. Ever.

I just love your FACE.

And Pink Hysteria should be a kind of drink. With an UMBRELLA. Or rose petals. Or pomegranate seeds. Vodka and Pink Lemonade? Pink Lemonade and grenadine? WHO KNOWS. It must be PINK and also HYSTERICAL in that reclaimed sort of not-about-Victorian-womb-leeches way.

I understand.

Well, I love YOUR face. So THERE! And you do, you do, you DO understand! You understand like an the umbrella-wielding, Pink Hysteria-drinking understanding goddess of comprehension.

Je so much t'aime. Forgive my mutilation of your third proficient language.

I think the Tamale Hut taught you a lot of the things KTG's taught me. You're really good and making a lot of people feel very special and very welcome!
