my nephew turned two months old as of yesterday. we also dressed him up in his chili pepper outfit for halloween. how cute is he?!

my nephew is a sloth.

he sleeps. and sleeps. and sleeps.

once in a while he'll eat and his eyes will take a small peek at the world then he'll quickly return to his slumber.  even today...he squirmed around a bit, slow and akward, stretching out his skinny, long limbs, pooped his diaper and instantly fell back asleep in my mothers arms.  too funny ( Read more... )

 i've been spending more time outdoors on the weekends.  i believe the sun, absent from heat, is great therapy for anyone who is sad, bored, lazy or bitter.  it never fails to put me in a good mood.

Invisible Children held a movement this weekend called Displace Me.  15 cities hosted peaceful protests where thousands slept in cardboard boxes, photographs and filming took place, celebrities spoke, letters were written to senators, and a call action was expressed.
