Our company bulletin board has gotten a facelift. Black construction paper, a red diamond for Foxtrot, and then our mascot over the diamond. We're the Foxtrot Flounders (hilarious story for why that's so), and it's the head of a flounder flexing an arm with a huge bicep, and a cigar in its mouth. Only this one doesn't have a cigar. The last couple of days I've started to get really pensive about this whole graduation thing. I was driving away from the Archways and I saw a 4/c saying goodbye to his girlfriend, and I'm not sure why it really effected me. The week prior to Spring Break has got to one of the craziest in our little Academy lives. Tons of work due before the quarter ends, then it's Billet Night for the firsties on Thursday night, and then on Friday we all take off. I'm going to Cordova, AK on the USCGC SYCAMORE. This weekend was my very last Klondike with the Mohegan Boy Scout Council. I'm sad about that.
