Author Notes: Hello! This is my second fic in the Beatles world. I was taking care of my pet beetles and it made me want to write a Beatles fic! What's really funny is I have four of them and I named them John, Paul, George, and Ringo! Well I hope you like it!
Disclaimer: This is not real.
"Thank you everyone!" John yelled into the microphone to the screaming fans.
John, Paul, George, and Ringo all took a bow and walked off the stage.
--
Ringo is always nervous. Before, during, and even after the show. Before the show, he thinks he's going to mess up. During the show, he worries that he'll forget how the song goes. And after the show, he thinks someone will tell him how horrible he did.
Ringo knows he didn't make any mistakes today, but he's always scared that someone might've heard him miss a beat that he didn't know he missed.
--
"'ey Ringo!" George called from the other side of the dressing room.
Ringo started sweating, after every show George usually tells him how well he did. But what if today he tells him how much he sucked?
"Hey George," Ringo replied nervously.
"Ye did a great job out there, ya know," George said with a smile.
"Really?" Ringo asked, a smile tugging at the corner of his lips.
"Yes of course. Ye always do a great job," George said, laughing a little.
Ringo gave a weak smile, still worried that John or Paul might tell him that he didn't do good enough.
"What's the matter Ritch?" George asked, his face a one of concern.
Ringo didn't want to tell George what he feared, but after a look around the room which comfirmed that everyone has left the dressing room he turned to George and confessed.
"I.. I always think that one of you will tell me that I didn't do so well on stage," Ringo said, blushing a little.
"Ringo, you know you always do a wonderful job on stage," George said, stepping closer to Ringo and placing a hand on his shoulder.
Ringo blushed even more when he looked at George and noticed how close his face was to his own.
"It's, it's the thing I fear the most, you know," Ringo said quietly.
George placed a finger on Ringo's lips, telling him to be quiet. "You're wonderful at everything you do."
Ringo looked away from George. He couldn't believe that his face was burning up even more.
George took his finger off of Ringo's lips and replaced it with his own, giving Ringo a small peck. Before Ringo could take in the little kiss, George was already turning away from him.
Ringo touched his lips and gave George a questioning look.
George chuckled, "You did a great job out there, you earned a kiss. Maybe if you do a good job tomorrow you'll get another prize." With that George walked out the dressing room, leaving Ringo alone with a warm feeling in his chest.
Ringo smiled to himself and knew he must've done a very good job today.
