How would I be able to buy a copy (or three, I have strange friends who'd love something like this) for myself? Is there anywhere I could order it online? I really want it!

You could try amazon.co.jp -- they might have it. It's super new, so I don't know that it'll be in other places yet :-/ Unfortunately, it's also extremely unlikely to be carried by most overseas anime merchandisers - the English in it is very much targeted toward the Japanese middle school/high school exam style, so it really wouldn't be useful anywhere else. (Well, that's assuming it's useful to begin with, but I think the amusement factor makes it worth the money (^o^)

O_o actually they've had that exact book on the shelves here in Southern California for maybe a month now. I'm positive it's the same - I recognize all the stuff you're mentioning in the post.

I know that the bookstore that shares floorspace with my local Mitsuwa grocery store has it. Kinokuniya probably has them too, then.

Thank you for the information. I'll stop by my local Mitsuwa before I try amazon.com. Heh heh. *rubs hands together*

It actually looks like it was written by a husband and wife team (wife Japanese, husband English-speaking), so they had native check for both sides. I don't agree with all the translations (particularly of specific lines from the episodes) but well, most of that is style difference. And the fact that the translator probably didn't have the full context for the episode lines. I'm suspecting that the husband provided the English, and the wife provided the fangirl XD
