[the captain's ghost appears only briefly. he's standing, hands clasped behind his back on the stern observation deck on Level 15 in a uniform very similar to Orion's, but his image is so indistinct that his face can't really be seen.

he's there for a couple seconds at most. long enough for just a few words]
