Just wanted to clarify something! The song that is covered by the seiyuu, was it used in the series/movie in any form?

Currently, I'm leaning towards using the back of the CD that you provided. :D Since the movie 6 CD is a soundtrack, I think that should be kept open in case someone wants to donate a puzzle deck for it.

Hmm, that would make it an insert song which was technically used in the movie, wouldn't it?

Technically, it would qualify only as a puzzle deck, especially since the image is from the original singer, but I think it's not as likely to be donated. So if you really want this album sheet, I can happily make it for you! :D
