The color balance tool is probably on my top 5 list of the most useful tools in PSPX. It's a hidden gem that most people don't seem to know about, so here's a little tutorial to introduce you to the tool and get to know how it works.

(This is the first time I've written a tutorial in like, a year, so I hope it's understandable and clear.)

This is a basic colouring effect tutorial. It's not an earth shattering technique, and has undoubtedly been done before, but it's effective and people should really learn to work with the original picture before covering it up with brushes.
