I would love to know how to outline on banners like your icon there you know out line the person or whatever I use adobe 7 and psp 8

Great, I'll give it a go. Ok, I need to know how to succesfully "cut-up" an image. Hmm, don't have an example offhand at the moment, but it is something like cutting up various parts of an image, like an eye, the lips and part of the face to make an icon, for example. I saw a tut tackling this, but cannot find it anymore. *pouts* Any help is appreciated! Hope anybody can understand what i meant. ;)
