It's so odd reading this journal now. I was more candid and open with my life than I am with other online venues, where I value anonymity. Oh yeah...Happy New Year!

It's a new decade. Holy hell. What do we call this one? The period between 2000 and 2009 has been referred to as the Oughts. My sister suggested the Tweens for the first few years of this decade, and then it will become the Teens. It's a good suggestion, I guess.

Ever see Black Books? It's this British series about a misanthropic wino who owns a bookshop, his questionably competent worker/flatmate, and his best friend. Watch it.

Also, I learned how to make books. I made a journal for aegwenn, which she loved, and I enjoyed the experience so much that I think I'll keep with it :3

aegwenn's mom is hands-down amazing and sweet. She bought an extra ticket for Star Wars: In Concert at Conseco in Indy on Dec. 12th, and invited me to come along <3

So that's what I'm doing come December.

Well, substitute teaching isn't really working out all that well. Since the beginning of October, I've only been called in twice.
