Magi, I have come to find, is a mostly ignored manga - to anywhere outside of it's birth place. If you have time, go try it, it starts off slow but comes out with (I'd have to say) loveable art style, manly humor that's not unlike Soul Eater, a wide assortment of characters, and life-source magic epicness close to that of Gurren Lagann!

My impressions?
The opening and ending songs weren't keepers. Probably the only thing that kept me watching the beginning was the character cut-ins and introductions. I was sold when I saw some scenes ( Read more... )
