I killed something last night...
...with my boyfriends car. I was pulling out of Tim Horton's, and it came out of no where. Just ran right out in front of us. My boyfriends says it was a raccoon, but when he screamed "Watch out for that animal!" I closed my eyes, slammed on the brakes, and screamed when I felt and heard the thump right underneath my feet. Haven't been on in a while...
...and I feel like an LJ stranger now! So much has changed! I'm going to start putting forth a serious effort to get on more, though. My Life + A Rant
My life hasn't been particularly spectacular these past couple of days. I went to prom last weekend, though. That was fun. A lot more fun then I thought it would be. Especially after I realized that everyone around me couldn't dance, so it wouldn't matter if I couldn't either. Which I can't. But that's ok. :D ( Read more... ) -
Ugh...The Flu

I know I haven't posted in a very long time, and I'd love to blame it on a bunch of different things, but I shouldn't. I'm trying to get out of the whole blaming things on everything else thing, partly because I don't want to turn into my mother. Unfortunate Accident Update + Book Recs
So, my parents are doing well still. My Dad had surgery last Friday on his ankle (they had to take out two screws). Further surgeries are needed, though not for a while. My Mom is still in a lot of pain, but her doctor (though I don't think he should be allowed to claim that title) told her that face injuries and such take up to a year to fully ( Read more... ) -
Accident Update
Sorry that it's been so long since I've updated. My computer has been acting up (again). Anyway, my parents are doing excellent. Thankfully, neither of them have any major mental repercussions. Unfortunately, they're both still in pain. My mom's face is still hurting really, really bad, but the doctor said that it's normal after having plates and ( Read more... ) -
