It's amazing to me to see how neglected this journal has become. I have reverted back to writing things down on paper again, but I think I may throw those away. It's been quite an eventful year, Alex and I finally got our own place and it has been awesome! We live in a gated community with 24 hour guards and it's amazing how that has come in handy already. How long does one have to suffer through another's abuse until they decide enough is enough? For us, it was until there was actual physical violence. That relationship has been damaged beyond repair. Yes, I am STILL in Thailand and I wish I could stay longer. The food here is amazing, you can go out and find food anytime of the day. Yummy, delicious and cheap food! The countryside is gorgeous, there is so much to see and do! We have been renting a scooter most days and just zipping around on our own, sort of making our own tours up as we go. We ( Read more... )
