Those socks are so awesome. It is also awesome that there is basically a yarn kit for just that purpose. I know very little about yarn.

It is awesome. I most likely wouldn't bother knitting socks in multiple colors if it actually meant more work than regular sock-knitting. Then again, in another 10 years, I probably will do just that (that's the problem with knitting--you keep trying new things even if they're a giant pain in the ass).

Why THANK YOU! I was telling Seth this a.m. your biking tragedy. It has inpsired my falling-asleep-dreams to be, instead of taking a step off a steep curb or down a stair wrong, whacking my head/walking my body into a big post/concrete something or other, which when I wake up seems to be the big hardcover copy of The Opinionated Knitter I was trying to read. (big as in like a kid's book big.) Woo! I've been having extra stress dreams lately. This is a curious adaptation.

Boo to stress dreams! At least you weren't falling down a giant mountain, or being smothered in strawberry sauce and nibbled by mice or being chased by dead clowns. Not that I dream those things, but things could definitely be worse...

The Opinionated Knitter? I'm intrigued...Off to Amazon!

Yes! Could be Much Worse! Also I could not have any healthy outlets for my stress but instead, knitting. Sewing. and c.
