I can't tell you how strange it feels to see a President (elect) take questions from the press and answer them intelligently.

What a long eight years it's been, that this simple presidential action makes my jaw drop.

"Hey can I call you Joe?"  !!!!!!!

Just saw this in the LA Times. Since I fell asleep before McCain's speech, and have only vague memories of his droning voice, I didn't see this "Walter Reed" backdrop. Apparently, he was supposed to speak in front of an image of Walter Reed Medical Center. Instead, his handlers mistakenly put up this image of Walter Reed Middle School, in North ( Read more... )
