I have a question for those that are playing the BACC challenge, I've been reading (and copying) the rules, but I'm unclear about something...
When can a sim start a home business?  At anytime or does something have to be unlocked first...
(I'm kinda assuming electricity and plumbing should be unlocked, but I'm not sure if that is right or if there

I waited until power was unlocked, because you need a phone to start the business. Other than that I don't think there are any restrictions on it, after all you need a home business to unlock the next set of restrictions!
