Okay, I have another question for those that are playing the BACC...
In the rules that I am trying to follow, there are three ways to earn a community lot.  One of the ways, is 'every time your neighborhood reaches a multiple of 5 households, you earn a 'free' community lot.'

I have a question for those that are playing the BACC challenge, I've been reading (and copying) the rules, but I'm unclear about something...
When can a sim start a home business?  At anytime or does something have to be unlocked first...
