I have a question for those that are playing the BACC challenge, I've been reading (and copying) the rules, but I'm unclear about something...
When can a sim start a home business? At anytime or does something have to be unlocked first...
(I'm kinda assuming electricity and plumbing should be unlocked, but I'm not sure if that is right or if there is more needed.)
I would appreciate any help! (I'm sure I'll be asking lots and lots of questions, as I begin to really play this challenge.)
