Just saw it for the first time a few weeks ago, and I have to say it's one of the better sci-fi films I've seen. Very underrated, and an excellent soundtrack as well.

This has been a great semester, but I'm looking forward to it ending. My quest in becoming a polyglot has gone pretty smoothly. Hidemi has been teaching me Japanese and in return I've given her grammatical help on her papers. Spanish has been muy beneficioso as well ( Read more... )

Atlantic City this weekend! If I hit the jackpot, I'll spread the wealth.

After hearing for month's how awesome Netflix was from Paul, I said "Alright, Alright. I'll try out the free month." So far it's working out niftily. I like that it has a pseudo buddy list type thing. I can see what Paul has reviewed, and has in his movie list. I can also recommend crappy films to Paul, and vice versa. It is in the works that The Foot's first return show will be like The Beatles last show, on the roof of a building somewhere. We've got a few people looking into venues.

So Friday after work I went with Andrew & Chris to a Buddhist Temple to Meditate. This was my first time going. The first thing I thought about when being asked to go were the temples shown in Kung Fu movies and Mortal Kombat. This temple is in Bensalem nonetheless. It was everything I imagined it would be.
