It's been a while since my last check-in, and much has happened. I'm down 135 pounds (a bit up from my lowest of 138.4 pounds about a month ago), and very close to my goal. I said last week that I would cross the finish line running. I had no idea I'd be at a full sprint. At the weigh in today, I was 7.9 pounds down from last week, for a total of 73.1 pounds over the 16 week program. I beat the previous record by 11 pounds. Wow ( Read more... )

With one week left on the main program, most of my classmates are gearing up for the maintenance portion of the program. I will not be joining them, instead continuing on with the product as I have so far. Still, reaching the end of the 16 weeks is a pretty cool milestone.
