I said last week that I would cross the finish line running. I had no idea I'd be at a full sprint. At the weigh in today, I was 7.9 pounds down from last week, for a total of 73.1 pounds over the 16 week program. I beat the previous record by 11 pounds. Wow.
So now I go into the maintenance portion of the program. I'm going to keep to the same regimen, but perhaps not with the same ferocity as before. There will be bi-weekly weigh-ins, but I probably won't post them here. Instead, I may post important milestones, and otherwise get back to posting about things other than my weight.
