I used to do this every night. It lasted for at least half a year... but suddenly that craving passed....and now I don't do that anymore...all I can tell you is eat small meals throughout the day and you won't have the urge to binge AS MUCH anymore...and also, it's a bad habit for you now, so it'll take time for you to overcome it.

Thank you for your comment. I pray to get over this awful cycle. Working out or sleeping instead of binging really does the trick after work.

It's just a bad habit....but remember that WE are the ones in control. Don't let that disgusting food control you. I binged today also and I am ashamed of myself. We can do this! We are so much stronger than we realize.
