Now that I have rediscovered LJ, or at least time to post, I was going to toss out a couple of "moral dilemmas" for you to ponder, the first being why I continue to subscribe to the NY Times when they continue to treat the Mets as bastard children. (Angels fans? White Sox fans? Anyone help me out here?) The second was whether it is less ethical, ( Read more... )

Well, if I cried I figure everyone else should, too. And it's better than bird poop! Was it wrong that I laughed at that?
Mom said they had a great visit with you (on and on about how wonderful you are, blah blah blah.) So excited to see you next week and thanks for the t-shirt work. Check is in the mail.

I totally laughed at myself. and what's worse is i had a tank top (non work appropriate) under my cardigan. so i had to borrow a fleece from someone so i'm not parading around the office.
can't wait for next weekend. don't worry we are bringing extra tennis rackets.
ps. i missed your blogging. i'm even entertaining the idea of starting one again myself...

Gawd.

Now you've got me bawling.

I remember watching that clip. I remember getting all weepy eyed towards the end of it because just how very miraculous that it was all going down for him like that....it was meant.

I remember my granny crying when she talked about my Aunt Mary having PKU and the subsequent brain damage and how...helpless she had felt when it all happened, but it was meant she would tell me. She was meant to be in our family. She was meant to be loved by us.

Yeah, something like that.

My whole family just gathered 'round the computer to watch and re-watch that YouTube clip of J-Mac's winning game, courtesy of the link you provided. I, of course, am in tears. It was a great chance to talk to the kids and their friend who's visiting about autism.

You made my day.
