Best hour in the kitchen yet

In about one hour yesterday, I made 10 jars of tart, robust orange marmalade.

I used a tin of MaMade Preprepared Seville Oranges. The marmalade is lovely and tart, robust orange flavour.

I wish I was more fond of toast and marmalade in the mornings because those are exquisite little jars of marmalade. The glowing picture does justice to the flavour, I'm sure.

The only thing I could think to do with them right off the top of my head is to pair them with some crepes. I can see poaching the crepe quarters in a mixture of butter and marmalade and a dash of Grand Marnier (whether you flame it afterwards or not) and serve alongside a single perfect scoop of French vanilla ice cream.

Nice job! I may just do this for christmas pressies, too, maybe give some good coffee and baked goods too.
