I was at a party this weekend and ended up with a bag of assorted savory bagels (onion, garlic, rosemary, tomato basil, whole wheat, cornmeal, salt, etc

Chop into rough pieces in fry in a little garlic oil to make croutons.

Slice thinly, brush on some oil and bake to make bagel chips.

Pizza bagels.

For the ones I wouldn't eat in the morning with cream cheese, I would either make croutons or use them for sandwich bread.
