adventures in tofu

i dig on some morrocan style seared tofu. i found the recipe from a website a while back. check it out: http://vegweb.com/recipes/tofu/2029.shtml

another cool thing to do with tofu is to cut it up into 1/4" thick slices and letting it marinate in bragg's amino acids overnight and just eating them straight out the bowl for a snack.

remember those little gerber meat sticks they used to give us as children? they taste a lot like that. you will become wistful and nostalgic for simpler times, kickin' it orville redenbacher style on the front porch, drinkin' corn liquor with old knuckleheads and wishing for times when kids were more respectful and whatnot.

oh, wow. that seared tofu sounds just fantastic. And now I have to try the tofu sticks, on my front porch, of course. The downside being, now I want popcorn. :)

i'll bring the corn liquor and banjoes if you bring the popcorn and shotguns.

btw, when you type popcorn, do you often mistakenly type it in as "poopcorn?" i do this all the time.

I think the secret in cooking this stuff is the sauce to dip it in
