Something I've noticed recently--when I buy a bunch of bananas, I eat all of them except the last two. The last two sit on the counter, getting riper and riper, until it's finally too late to eat them.

Behold--the Mister Breakfast Database!

I love breakfast. Even though I rarely eat it at breakfast time.

It looks like I'll be having brunch with the film club gang on St Patrick's Day. Which means I need to being something.

Being a creature of habit (no, really! *snerk*) I figured I'd go with my old standby, banana bread.

It's not Irish, exactly, but I'm sure Irish people would eat it.

I saw a reference to a mysterious substance called Apple Charlotte, and went looking for a recipe. One day I may try this.
