Hmm, well, I think I found your blog through buymeaclue's friendslist, and enjoyed your posts - particularly the horse ones! (I'm a bit shy about friending people, so I tend to only friend people that I want to chat with!)

If it was a place... Well, to me, it feels like sitting in (what I imagine to be) your sitting room - chatting away as stuff happens - something on tv, what happened down the barn, funny thing at work! It feels sunny and positive and thoughtful, and often thought-provoking too!

PS: I see in the UK newspapers that Bristol Palin came 3rd in DWTS! Did she improve? Or was that a shock decision? ;-)

It was quite a shock when she made the final 3 ahead of a singer named Brandy, who was a much better dancer. There has been a great deal of muttering about people voting for her because they would have voted for her mother. By the end of it the poor kid was crabby and defensive and her partner looked unbelievably tired, so I was glad they came third. If she'd won she would never have heard the end of it!

And do snag the meme--I liked it a lot when I saw it and find it an interesting question!

Hmms, it always feels like a friendly place where I am comfortable. I can chat or not as I feel but I can turn up at the door unnanounced and no one will mind. Diverse subjects and likes minds always wins the day.

The first thing that leapt to mind was of a library, after closing, where you're maybe sitting behind the counter or at a study table with a few people chatting about your day(s).

Your blog is an overstuffed easychair. It's a little worn in places, but all the more comfy because of it. It smells like fallen leaves and fresh air. It's green--deep, like pine trees stepping out into a winter landscape after all the autumn leaves have fallen.

From the armchair blog, one can feel a fire glowing nearby. And there's a book on the armrest, just waiting.
