Trying to keep occupied I decided to pan-fry two salmon fillets, scramble some eggs and serve them on a toasted bap. Why two salmon fillets you might ask. Because Riley loves salmon and he will normally sit on the floor in front of me and be hand fed broken pieces... Yeah, right

7:00pm and he has finally reappeared - having obviously snuck in earlier and devoured the salmon whilst I was watching the news!
