This was my first er.... "Colonel fic experience" and it was a GOOD ONE. Use of The Little Mermaid = brilliant although now when I hear "Part of Your World" all I will see is Megamind jizzing in Minions tank...

Ohhh, I was so in love with that aquatic setting, I knew the big moment had to happen underwater. Also, bioluminescence is so sexy that it made me develop a crush on a freakin' forest (thanks, Avatar!), so incorporating it into this fic was a joy. I'm so happy you think my imagination is super! :D

As always, you just leave me FLOORED with your in depth knowledge of these characters. Even with the most OUT THERE pairings and whatnot, you write them like I can just HEAR them and envision them!

I babbled at you like a loon already, but seriously, this just blew my socks off <333 You wrote them SO EASILY together, I'm certain that if someone read this with no prior knowledge of the movie they'd be able to grasp the camaraderie between Minion and Megamind, and just how much it transcends a 'Master' and 'Slave' relationship. It was awkward, but not overly so, and... IT JUST WORKED. You stole all of the words out of my mind xD <3333

I think I keep writing weirder and weirder pairings because I want to see how far I can push them. I never want to force the characters to do anything, so when they push back (like Hal making me switch it to tentacles), then I let them push me. But sometimes they don't push back, and then I can coax Megamind into Minion's tank for a little fun under the sea. XD

While I'm always happy when I hear that I've captured the characters, I'm SO HAPPY to hear that I nailed this particular relationship! I was struck by their camaraderie right from their very first scene together (I think it was right at Megz's "How do I look, Minion? Do I look bad?"), and I was hoping I could do justice to their wonderful chemistry. <333
