another tattoo wimp! getting mine was terrible, and I bled out the ink as fast as they could put it in (had to get it redone three times and you still can barely see it).

I was actually weirded out by how much I didn't bleed! It was like I didn't have any blood in me.

I now sorta fear I might be 1/2 robot. Well maybe "fear" isn't the right word. "Hope" yeah, that's more like it!

I can't stop starring at my leg! I am obsessed! I also am wearing more skirts that ever. My skirt population in my closet increased by 500% in the past two weeks (aka went from 1 to 5!)

Looks really fantastic -- the numbers and dots are really clear. I'm surprised it hurt so much on your calf -- I did almost pass out once, but it was on a bony spot (my shoulder blade). Maybe it's because it took so long? I think a tattoo like yours should take about half an hour.

Next time it will hurt less? Sorry I can't make the party today. I have to read 3 books and learn French by next Friday.

Which book is this? The instruction one?

Thanks! I think the reason it hurt so much is that every time I sorta got used to the needle he would stop and start the next number or dot. That and he used the super small needle he used for the numbers on the dots so it was a lot of grinding grinding grinding to get them filled in each one. Still was faster than switching needles and more precise but geesh it wasn't too comfy!

Party today wound up being super lame. I'm glad everyone was busy! I actually snuck away with two hours left in it.

French by next friday. That's not too hard! If you learn a word a day between now and then you can make a sentence!

Awesome! Your tattoo looks great, the numbers came out super crisp! Dave is the beeeeest! I've been trying to think of my next tattoo since I got mine from him in February. Mine didn't hurt too bad at first, it was in like the 3rd hour it started to really smart. But mine was on the fatty fatness of my arm so that's probably why.

Thank you thank you thank you again for suggesting him! He was super awesome before during and after not to mention doing a better job than I thought possible. I have to make my self stop starring at it all the time (I look like a drunken homeless person when I do that on the train)

I think it was all the stopping and going between numbers and dots that got me. Everytime I started to get used to it I had to start to get used to it again!

That and I'm a big wuss. Bigtime.
