Well, I mean, it's pretty simple. DIETRICH THINKS LIGHT IS HILARIOUS and he feels ~good~ ( in several ways lol :'D ) about what happened. He knows retaliation is coming but he's still riding the faphigh.

He hates and loathes Dietrich, on an emotional level that he's never felt before. Dietrich is an enemy of Kira, mocking his goals and . . . worst of all, managing to stop him completely. Taking away his ability to remember how to write affected him deeply. He couldn't be Kira anymore, which was worse than even killing him.

There is also a part of Light that is completely terrified of Dietrich, but Light's going to work on crushing that over the next few days/weeks. And planning. He wants to make sure this doesn't happen again . . . whether that means working through the Death Note or ~compromise~ is up in the air.

UH. First, he would probably wish for something dumb and with immediate results just to make sure the wishes are legit and so he doesn't look dumb taking something possibly fake seriously, like Hinata becoming half Gundam or something. Then he would wish for Otonashi to be happy and content no matter what happens to him or where he goes, and for the rest of the SSS if he was feeling generous. He would take a long time contemplating how to phrase his final wish, but he would eventually ask to live a loved life when he's reincarnated.

He's still pretty okay, ICly! Minor drama about passing his 4th anniversary in Camp a few months back, but nothing he couldn't survive. I'm more concerned about keeping up with existing CR and trying to establish some new ones, so... same old, same old, really.

FreakAngels is a weeklyish free six page comic Warren Ellis and PaulMcPrettyArt do. It's Post-cataclysmic steampunk fiction that revolves around a pocket of survivors in Whitechapel. The titular group of characters are 12 young people with crazy powers, and these are the 12 people who kind of ended the world years ago. It is mostly Warren Ellis doing Warren Ellis stuff, survival stories and human relationships. And post-cataclysmic steampunk.
