Things are going pretty well for me here even though this is finals week. Luckily I only have to write a paper (even if it is 10 pages) and study for a quiz for the same class. Hey, I just thought I'd share a cool story. At work today (well yesterday actually) I got to interview a new resident. Turns out her birthday was today (yesterday) and guess how old she turned?? 103!! Isn't that awesome. Being at home even just for one night, makes me realize how much I miss Ypsilanti sometimes. Yes I have some good friends here and yes I like living independently but as I've said again and again, the people here are just so much different than the people back home. I finally got a Halloween costume, yay! I really wanted to make my own costume this year but I was just too lazy. For the past three years I wanted to be a deviled egg, and I had some idea of how I wanted to do it, but I think it would just end up looking bad. Oh well, maybe next year. Ouch. In addition to joining a gym about a month ago I've decided to take up running. I probably should have considered that since I'm not used to it, I'd be feeling some pain.
