Being at home even just for one night, makes me realize how much I miss Ypsilanti sometimes. Yes I have some good friends here and yes I like living independently but as I've said again and again, the people here are just so much different than the people back home. I can go out here and no one will so much as glance at me. Not that that's a bad thing but I wish just for once someone was nice enough to talk to me. When I went out Friday back home EVERYONE was nice. I had various conversations with people and we had a couple of random guys ask to sit with us and omg, I even got asked for my phone number! It's like, the world is coming to an end, lol. Ok, I'm kidding about that but you know what I mean. This makes me wonder if I just shouldn't have gone to EMU in the first place. I'm really looking forward to going to grad school there...
