I spotted a student eating something the other day... I picked up the bag for closer inspection and found that it did indeed say "Natural Cheetos".

birthdays and next year's class
My birthday was Monday, and this morning I was greeted by one of my 6th grade girls coming over to me and telling me that she got me something and she was sorry she'd missed my birthday. Does anyone know WHY I'm such a pushover? Friday was the end of the quarter. I gave my students printouts of all missing work before spring break so that they'd have the WHOLE week to be able to do any back work. I told them that Tuesday after spring break was the deadline. I went in to get my car after school today. I cringed slightly as I handed them my atm card. Now, usually when you go to a mechanic you don't sit there and watch them work on it. You can ask to have the parts they replaced and all that sort of thing but you don't really *know* for sure that those parts came from your car. You can't really PROVE ( Read more... ) -

It's April. In some ways spring break kept feeling like it should be summer, but in other ways it still feels like it should be maybe November. For spring break Jett and I did some stuff to organize around the house (some sorting and cleaning in the garage) and then went to Utah for a bit.
